Cucumber Raita Recipe (Cucumber Yogurt Dip in Indian Way)

Cucumber raita is a delicious cooling agent from Indian spices, served alone or with flatbread or chips. Raita is often served to cool or contrast the hot spices in curries and kebabs, such as mutton curry. It is used mostly as a dip in India and is often paired with chips or flatbread.
