- 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Egg
- 300-gram Prawns
- 1 tbsp cornflour and 1 tbsp water (Cornflour slurry)
- For Sauce
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp Minced ginger
- 2 Spring onions, sliced
- 3-4 Green Chillies (Slit)
- 1 Capsicum (Chopped)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Chilli sauce
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/4 tsp Vinegar
Instructions:
- Add cornflour in a bowl and add all-purpose flour, garlic paste, ginger paste, dark soy sauce, and black pepper powder.
- Now, crack an egg into the mix and whisk it without leaving any lumps.
- Add deveined prawns to the bowl and mix it nicely.
