Infused with bold spices like cumin, coriander, ginger, garlic, and chilli powder, every bite is flavourful. Perfect for any occasion, this sausage is a must-try for all food lovers.

Now, let’s get our hands greasy (in the best way possible):

Ingredients:

  • 500g Chicken mince
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Garam masala
  • 1 tbsp Chili flakes
  • 3 Green chillies, chopped (optional but necessary for thrill-seekers)
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Fresh coriander, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 1 tbsp Paprika

Instructions:

  • Begin with a bowl, and combine all ingredients thoroughly with your hands until the spices are evenly distributed.
  • Next, cover and let the mixture marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Fill the casing with the seasoned chicken mixture using a sausage stuffer or a spoon, then securely tie off the ends.
  • Preheat your grill or pan, and brush the sausages with mustard oil blended with paprika.
  • Cook over medium heat, turning frequently, until charred to perfection. Serve with a fresh salad, dipping sauce, or flatbread for an enhanced culinary experience.
  • Enjoy the flavours!

Pro Tip:
Add finely diced onions and garlic directly to the filling for extra flavour. For the real Nepalese experience, pair these sausages with a cold glass of lassi—or a beer!
