Tofu Tarkari

‘Fast food does not have to be junk food’

The last three months were all about realization and about understanding our health in a better way. The pandemic which we are all facing is directly connected with the food which was consumed by someone at some corner of the world. One single food item consumed and everyone in the world is on their toes. This made us realize that healthy food habits are so important and how it can change the lifespan of us individuals.

We at Gurkhas, a restaurant in Brunswick conducted a research on our food items and ingredients we use in making the dishes and we came up with a decision of including more items in our menu that improves the immunity of our customers. We believe in bettering the healthy of the customers instead of our turnover.

With this, we are giving more priority to TOFU as an ingredient to use in most of our dishes as it has multifold health benefits.

Tofu is made out of soya milk and curd after a brief coagulation process. It is tasteless but has huge health benefits and is one of the most recommended food items by doctors to cure illness and diseases.
