Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish

 

Instructions:

  • Get your grill going to medium-high heat. While it warms up, brush each salmon fillet with olive oil, then season them well with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of minced garlic.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. Flip them quickly when they come off the grill.
