Vegetable Chow is a famous dish in China and is a favourite dish of kids to rely on whenever hungry.

Let’s see how to prepare it:

  • Oil
  • Soy
  • Salt
  • Celery
  • Ginger
  • Onions
  • Pepper
  • Vinegar
  • Carrots
  • Noodles
  • Cabbage
  • Corn flour
  • Tomatoes
  • Ajinomoto
  • Mushroom
  • Capsicums
  • Cauliflower
  • Chilli sauce
  • Green peas
  • French beans

How to prepare:

  • Take a pan and add 200-300 ml water to it and boil for 5 odd minutes after adding a pinch of salt to it. Salt will help it boil faster and give a good taste to the main dish if added in the first step itself.
  • Now, add a bunch of noodles as per the required quantity to the water and salt mixture and stir till the water gets absorbed within the noodles well.
  • Take out the hot noodles in another pan and keep it under running water till the noodles are cooled.
  • Add the required amount of oil in the noodles and add green chilli along with vinegar for the purpose of garnishing.
  • Add garlic, ginger and onions to a separate pan and stir it till the paste turns pinkish brown.
  • Now, add celery, mushrooms, capsicum and carrot and stir it well till it mixes well with the paste of onion, garlic and ginger.
  • Now add salt, black pepper powder, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soy sauce and vinegar to the veggie mixture. Mix well.
  • Add green-chilli and vinegar mixture on the top to get the flavour.
  • The dish is ready to serve hot.
